Help with DemogDocs

DemogDocs uses a two step search engine. The first step allows a user to select a "Profile Group" and a "Location Group". A Profile Group is a group of related social profiles. For example, the Emergency Watershed Protection Profile group includes two profiles that are needed to fill out Damage Survey Reports.

A Location group is a group of locations. For example, the group "United States" includes states while the group "Alabama" has all of the counties in Alabama. At present, demographic content is limited to state and county data.

The Profiles selections work independently of the Locations selections. This makes it possible to produce multiple profiles without having to change locations. Or to make multiple location selections without having to change the profile.

The profiles can be produced in three formats: html (hypertext markup language), csv (comma-separated-value) and xml (extensible markup language).
