Better examples (i.e. an economics dictionary) will appear here over the next several months. The wiki and search services will be populated (with an initial data set), and tested, over the next several months.
Should the public be allowed to add new stories, budgets, investments ...? Should they be allowed to edit, or contribute to, guide/guest content? Should guides supervise content contribution? Send your opinion to Kevin.Boyle@por.usda.gov.
Some pointers:
The overall business model, especially security, will need upgrading to handle these services.
Site content will not be secure until late beta testing. Early beta testing demonstrates possibilities.
This site will not yet handle a large volume of customer interaction.
Incremental discovery remains at work.
